When an Agency user logs into the platform, both Google Analytics and PostHog are active in addition to strictly necessary session cookies. This means we collect behavioural and usage data about how Agency users interact with the platform — for example, which features they use, how long they spend on different pages, and where they encounter friction.
This data is used solely for product improvement and platform analytics. It is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes and is not used to track Agency Clients or their callers.
Advertising cookies (Google Ads remarketing and Meta Pixel) are not active within the logged-in platform — they operate only on the public-facing marketing website.
5.Managing Your Cookie Preferences
